5. Project Timeline & Changes

6. Warranties & Workmanship

• • Structural work and major renovations are covered under the standard builder warranty (as per the Victorian Building Authority).

• • Maintenance issues not related to workmanship or external damage are not covered under warranty.

7. Access & Client Responsibility

• • The client must provide access to the site at agreed times to enable construction or renovation to proceed.

• • The client is responsible for removing personal belongings or valuables from work areas.

8. Cancellation Policy

• • Cancellations made after contract signing may result in forfeiture of deposits to cover administrative and preparation costs.

• • In the event of client non-compliance or repeated delays, EAAUS Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate the agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

EAAUS Group is not liable for:

• • Any damages arising from misuse or alterations made by the client after project completion.

• • Delays caused by third-party suppliers or government permit agencies.

• • Unforeseen structural issues discovered during demolition or renovation.

10. Privacy

11. Intellectual Property
